Recently I have been getting lot's of requests for Online Personal Training websites so I thought I'd shoot this quick video with my #1 tip if you want to go online, plus I've thrown in some sales copy tips to help you write content for your site.
The biggest mistake I see trainers making is they want to target everyone.
If you target everyone, you're targeting no-one.
Unlike personal training in a gym or in your local city, online personal training is global.
So online, you're competing against tens of thousands of other personal trainers from all over the World.
Standing out in this very crowded and competitive marketplace online is going to be an uphill battle, even if you're an excellent marketer.
But… There is an easier way!
Choose a niche and become the expert in that niche.
If you choose a niche, for example ‘post natal fitness for over 40's', although very small you can easily become the expert and go to pro for this niche online.
And, any female over 40 wanting to get their pre-baby body back will choose a specialist rather than a vanilla one size fit's all online trainer any day of the week.
The other benefit of choosing a specific niche is that it allows you to craft a sales letter specifically for your ideal target market.
In the above example if a lady lands on a website and reads the headline…
“Attention Lady's Over 40… Discover How To Get Your Pre-Baby Body Back With This Foolproof, Science-Based Weight Loss Program that’s 100% Guaranteed to Melt Away Your Baby Belly in Just 6 Weeks or Less!”
Or reads a headline on a website from from another online personal trainer that say's…
“The Best Online Personal Training Program”
Which website will grab her attention and make her read more?
Easy choice right?
Plus, it makes your job of getting discovered so much easier too.
targeted traffic from Google.
These are just a few ideas, if you have any questions hit me up in the Facebook group.
Thanks,
Dan
