Every now and then I get an energy vampire in my boot camp.
You know the type, they continually moan that everything is too hard, they question you, interrupt you and whinge about everyone and everything.
Oftentimes they sneak into your group as a lone vampire quietly infecting unsuspecting members with their negative poisonous mindset.
If left unchecked, they’ll multiply and you’ll be left with a horde of these blood-sucking creatures in your business.
And… they’ll suck every bit of energy out of you and the rest of your group.
If you come across one of these creatures, best to give em the ‘boot’ on site.
No warning… no second chances.
Once a vampire – always a vampire… give em a second chance and it’s only a matter of time till they revert back to their energy sucking ways.
But, what if you come across one of these creatures outside of work, like a friend or family member?
You could try helping them, but I wouldn’t recommend it… you can’t help someone that doesn’t want to be helped.
They’ll only end up pulling you down with them.
Best option in my honest and accurate opinion is to banish them, or to at least spend as little time with them as possible.
My energy is precious; I have enough for my clients (that want help), those close to me and the peeps in our PT Supremacy Facebook group.

Till next time!
